For those of you who work, have a family, are busting your butt in school, or just are a busy bee, OR For those days when you just can’t fit in an hour workout and want to quickly work up a sweat, these workouts are PERFECT for you. This plan includes 6 workouts, 2 full body, 2 upper body, and 2 lower body circuits. One of each is with weights, and the other is just body weight, so this plan is also great for those wanting to workout at home!
