This is the workout program that was used in the Evolve Your Life Challenge (if you participated, don’t purchase - you already have it!)

This workout program includes 6 weeks of workouts focused on building lean muscle mass and lowering body fat %. The workouts are split into body parts, 5 days a week with extra ab circuits and HIIT circuits for the weekend!

This program also includes info on metabolic recovery. So, being able to eat more food without gaining lots of weight, and restoring your metabolism!
