I created this guide as a super affordable, way for people to get a good workout in wherever they are! I love doing these workouts when I’m traveling, or when I really don’t want to go to the gym! They are perfect to do outside when weather permits.

There is NO gym equipment required, but if you want to add dumbbells to the exercises to make them more difficult, you can do that!

The workouts included in this program are:

  • 2 Upper Body

  • 2 Lower Body

  • 2 Full Body

  • 1 Core Workout

  • 1 Track/Sprint Workout
