Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain strength, have more structured workouts, or just try something new, this guide will be PERFECT for you. The guide requires some sort of gym access due to the need of equipment, but that being said I provided variations for people with limited access as well as body weight circuits to add in on the weekend, or for those days you can't make it to the gym, but want to get a workout in.
