This 5 day workout plan is what I currently follow on a day to day basis. I use a "body building" or hypertrophy style, focusing on 2 different body parts per day. This plan is great for those looking to build muscle and change the overall composition of their body. And before you think it, NO this WILL NOT make you "bulky". This workout plan is designed to SHAPE you. More muscle=More calories burnt and less body fat composition!
